Recognizing this as a new business opportunity, we have made the decision to establish NovaPath Realty. For individuals from abroad, purchasing and investing in real estate in a foreign country can be an unknown territory. While real estate transactions involve various challenges such as renovations and taxes, our past experiences have equipped us with the strength to overcome them. Our company has been based in Miyakojima-ku for over 20 years, valuing continuous engagement with the local community.
